Otterpool Park Opportunities for Business
Otterpool Park will provide quality space and infrastructure for all sizes of businesses and enterprises in this new community.
The intention is to make best use of new and future technologies, electric transport, and efficient energy generation and useage within the new garden town and to develop up to 85 hectares of land for new employment opportunities.
The final site area, capacity, mix of uses and densities will be incorporated into a draft framework masterplan due for future consultation in the autumn. However, Folkestone and Hythe District Council wants to talk and listen to businesses who have a view and particularly to those that may be interested in the opportunities presented by Otterpool Park.
We believe we have a fantastic opportunity to master plan a new community that brings homes and jobs to our district.
