Our goal at Home Instead is to provide high quality, affordable, non-medical home care service for the older people of our community. We offer outstanding care and support, to enable older adults to remain safe and independent in their own homes.  We offer a wide range of care services, tailored to meet the needs of our clients.

Our ethos is to ‘’change the face of ageing’’ to achieve this we are committed to providing quality of care without compromise. It all begins with the type of person we employ. Our Caregivers are chosen for their compassion and respect for vulnerable people. They are then trained to a high standard and have specialist on-going training, which allows the Caregiver to have a greater understanding of the condition their client may be living with. Caregivers are carefully recruited.  We select lovely people, chosen for their empathy, compassion and heartfelt desire to make a difference to the lives of older people, and train them to become extraordinary caregivers.  We also undertake extensive reference and DBS checks for each of our caregivers before inviting them to become part of our team. Our caregivers also understand the importance of being on time and ensuring that every moment of the call is focused on our client’s needs as well as we want to establish ourselves as an employer of choice. As we always take time to listen to our clients and encourage them to be involved in making decisions about their own care, the support we offer is bespoke to their needs and provided by a caregiver who has been carefully matched to each client.

We understand the importance of continuity of care, we do not believe in rushed visits and know that to care for someone properly and with dignity, a minimum of an hour’s support is essential. We want to establish Home Instead as a trusted and reliable companion to our clients and their families. To achieve this our office is supported by like-minded people and offices around the country and global network.

Folkestone is my hometown and I (Kishore Sapkota) see a great future for Folkestone – above all Care is very close to my heart and I like to support our senior citizens who live in Folkestone and surrounding areas.
