New gender pay gap reporting regulations
New gender pay gap reporting regulations have come into force.
If you are an employer with 250 employees or more, new legislation introduced this year means you will need to publish your gender pay gap annually. The deadline to report is 4th April, 2018 (or 30th March, 2018 for public sector employers).
What do you need to do?
- Register your organisation on the government’s online reporting service: https://www.gov.uk/report-gender-pay-gap-data
- Start preparing your organisation’s gender pay gap reporting using the Government Equalities Office / Acas guidance: http://www.acas.org.uk/index.aspx?articleid=5768
There are now less than six months to go to report your gender pay gap data, so act now.
