Overview 

There is no doubt that the pandemic has changed the way we want to work – probably forever. We seem not to be prepared to tolerate lack of fulfilment at work, sloppy management and a work environment that takes no account of our wellbeing. In this new area of work a re-definition of the social contract seems to be emerging. Has this created The Great resignation or the Great Regret?

Alex Taskin will explore these themes during an interactive session. What impact has the pandemic had on leadership? What does kind and compassionate management mean? How can we apply the principles of neuro-science into a post pandemic world?
