NEW -14th September 2023 – Consultant required for Folkestone Town Centre Operating Model and Market Strategy (LUF)
Folkestone & Hythe District Council (FHDC) wishes to select and appoint a suitable consultant to lead on developing an operating model for the town centre and Market Improvement Programme alongside the highway and public realm interventions and invites organisations to submit a tender to meet FHDC’s requirements.

Update 6th July 2023 – Latest tender opportunity – The Provision of Folca 2 Design Led Team
Folkestone & Hythe District Council are seeking to appoint a design led team to progress the development of FOLCA building from RIBA stage 1 to RIBA stage 2. The proposed design needs to be practical & cost-effective in bringing this building back to life. It is imperative that the designs created as part of this commission are realised now to prevent any abortive works during the phase 1 – remedial and refurbishment work stage and also provide a credible proposal for the future design and use of the building.
