FREE Digital Skills Training for your Business

In this digital age more and more business teams need to have skills developed to grow their business and meet the demands of evolving technology.

East Kent College has been allocated funding to create the following FREE courses for businesses:-

• 2 Day Microsoft Office Course in a range of applications – Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access. Do you use the Microsoft applications on a daily basis but still are not the expert?
• Using Social Media for Business Growth – this is ideal if you are responsible for using social media platforms in your business and need to choose how to promote and what keywords get people’s attention. You can find businesses on social media but does your business utilize it for business growth?
• Customer Service in the Digital Age – using technology every day, recording your customers’ information, communication via email or social media is now all part of good customer relationship building. This programme is perfect for your business in developing your team’s personal skills in order to communicate to customers in the correct manner over six workshops.
• Design & Imaging Software – when creating professional designs, you need to be able to produce high quality and professional material. This course will ensure you deepen your knowledge to ensure your marketing material has the right impact on your business over four workshops.

All of the above courses are funded by the European Social Fund.
