Open Quarter
Folkestone’s Creative Quarter holds its annual Open Quarter event this weekend – Friday June 16th – Sunday June 18th – when you can enjoy arts, literature, performance, talks and food at more than 70 shops and studios around Tontine Street and The Old High Street.
Open Quarter is an annual celebration of the vibrant creative quarter here in Folkestone, a brilliant place for any creative business. Come along to meet artists in their studios, take part in workshops and enjoy amazing live music. You can also explore the local independent shops, galleries, restaurants, cafes and bars.
The weekend launches with Connecting Creatives at The Quarterhouse where you can find out more about some of Folkestone’s fast-growing creative businesses.
There are workshops, exhibitions, open houses and events on Saturday and Sunday.
