Core Strategy Local Plan Review Consultation

The District Council is undertaking an early review of the adopted Core Strategy Local Plan.

The consultation starts on Thursday March 29th and continues until Friday May 18th, 2018.

The Local Plan Review is a planning document which sets out the development strategy for the district to 2036-37. It is an update of the adopted 2013 Core Strategy Local Plan and continues to include policies for strategic development sites but also introduces proposed policies for a new Garden Settlement and additional sites in Sellindge in the North Downs area. It is accompanied by the Sustainability Appraisal and Habitats Regulations Assessment.
