Contract Opportunities at Dungeness

Contract Opportunities at Dungeness…Nuclear Decommissioning Authority Supply Chain Event – 1st November Manchester

As part of its continuing work to decommission Dungeness A nuclear power station, the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority is encouraging businesses to find out more about contracting opportunities at their annual Supply Chain Event.

A strong, dynamic supply chain is critical to the success of the NDA’s mission, and contract opportunities totalling many £billions will continue to be available for the next 120 years. More than 3,000 businesses currently supply goods and services across the NDA estate, 2,000 of these are small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs).

The NDA spends more than half its annual £3 billion budget with suppliers.  Since 2005, when the NDA was established, the total figure spent with the supply chain is £13 billion.
