Brexit: Exporting Food and Drink Event

Join Kent County Council Trading Standards, Produced in Kent and Department for International Trade for an hour of conversation to discuss the new legal requirements from 1st January 2021.
This Q&A will focus on food manufacture and export and is an opportunity to get your questions answered. KCC Trading Standards food expert, Nathan Martin, and UKDIT Trade Advisor for Kent, Richard Bond, will share their knowledge and respond to your queries.
Goods that fail to comply with the new rules will be refused entry to the EU leaving you liable for costs of examination, storage and re-working. Non-delivery of goods may lead to breach of contract, loss of trading partners and both financial and reputational harm.
