  • Removal of simplified entry process to Full Entry Declarations for imports into the U.K – January 2022
  • Full Safety & Security Declarations for imports in the U.K – January 2022

All of which will have various implications within businesses with EU/U.K. cross-border trade, that could result in non-compliance with Customs, financial penalties, criminal proceedings, logistical delays, increased costs and further business risks.
