Kent Technology Resilience Voucher Scheme
Digital and Technology funding opportunity. Project delivery partners also being sought
Kent County Council will soon be launching a ‘technology resilience’ voucher scheme as part of one of our EU-Funded Interreg projects called ‘C-Care’. The scheme will offer vouchers of up to £1,000 to help Kent-based SMEs to implement a digital or technology based solution that will help them embed new ways of working, better engage with customers and help them become more efficient and grow.
Further details on the scheme will follow, but the scheme is planned to launch at the start of November. Successful applicant SMEs will select a provider from a framework of companies to carry out their digital / technology project.
An additional offer being put together as part of the scheme is a pool of digital advisors who can assist Kent businesses with their voucher application process and provide a technology audit, recommendations and an action plan to ensure that vouchers awarded will have the maximum possible impact for the companies.
Kent County Council are currently inviting tender responses for digital advisors so if you know anyone suitable in your networks, please could you pass on details? The opportunity to submit expressions of interest is available on the Kent Business Portal here and the opportunity closes on 18 October.
