E-commerce: the path forward
Free Online Event 15th December 2021 10:00am – 12:30
Key lessons learnt and findings from the Future-E project
As lockdowns became the new normal, businesses and consumers increasingly “went digital”, providing and purchasing more goods and services online, raising e-commerce’s share of global retail market there has never been a more pivotal and important time to investigate the key barriers for SMEs in exploiting and benefiting from a global internet driven market place.
Future Ecom partners based over 8 countries have come together to exchange experiences and good practices across 8 EU regions in order to develop regional action plans which are based on inter-regional exchanges. The knowledge and capacity gained by the partners are enabling the design of new initiatives and/or business support programmes.
