Folkestone & Hythe Sustainable Futures Forum

Do you have an idea, project, story or innovation – that would inspire the local community about the environment and sustainability?

If so, read on and become involved!….

Our district is home to some incredible individuals, community leaders, entrepreneurs. So imagine what would happen if we came together to spotlight and give a platform to those with important ideas, both big and small, that could make where we live and work more sustainable and supportive!

This is the vision and mission of the Folkestone & Hythe Sustainable Futures forum.

During Spring 2023, an exciting and innovative event will be staged to give businesses, community leaders, and individuals from Folkestone & Hythe district the chance to share and inspire the local community with their environmental and sustainability ideas, projects and stories. There will also be the potential for funding to help support the most promising projects.

The deadline for applying to become involved is close of Sunday 19th February. Anyone living in the Folkestone, Hythe, New Romney & Dymchurch areas are encouraged to become involved. Those with limited or no public speaking experience are actively encouraged to apply to get involved.
