Join Kent County Council Trading Standards and industry experts as they discuss the new legal requirements in force from 1st January 2021.

From 1 January goods that fail to comply with the new rules will be refused entry to the EU leaving you liable for costs of examination, storage and re-working.

Non-delivery of goods may lead to breach of contract, loss of trading partners and both financial and reputational harm.
