As tourism and hospitality businesses begin to open again, Visit Kent will be working with the South East LEP and partners across Essex and Sussex to deliver a series of business support workshops.
Adapt your business model to new trends is Visit Kent’s third session in the series of interactive workshops to help rebuild consumer confidence and demand.
The pandemic has led to a seismic shift in consumer priorities, leading to long-term changes in behaviour.
Certain trends for things such as authentic experiences and wellbeing have been accelerated while others that had been gaining momentum have taken a step backwards, people are spending more time planning but booking lead-times have decreased.
This Adapt your business model session will discuss how you can respond to these trends in your business to create new revenue streams or reach new audiences to support your recovery.
There will also be an opportunity to collaborate with your peers and learn from other businesses during the interactive section of the session.
