Module 4 – Vision, Mission and Values – Wednesday 5th October 2022
Module 5 – Developing a Marketing Strategy – Wednesday 12th October 2022
Module 6 – Building a Brand Case Study – Wednesday 19th October 2022
Module 7 – Organisational Design – Wednesday 2nd November 2022
Module 8 – Employee Engagement and Leading Change – Wednesday 9th November 2022
Module 9 – High Performance Workplace – Case Study – Wednesday 16th November 2022
Module 10 – Efficient Operations – Wednesday 30th November 2022
Module 11 – Finance and Financial Management – Wednesday 7th December 2022

Modules 3, 6, 9, 12 are in person at the University of Medway campus & are of around 4 hours each. All other modules are virtual webinars and last 2 hours each.
