COVID-19: Additional Funding to support Hospitality, Leisure & Cultural sectors

Announcement from Folkestone & Hythe District Council 22nd December 2021:

The government  announcement of additional funding to support hospitality, leisure and cultural businesses will be welcomed by businesses in those sectors. This new funding will supplement the existing efforts we are making to support the local economy in the Folkestone and Hythe district.

As always we are committed to see that local businesses receive the funding to which they are entitled and that the funds are administered efficiently and fairly.

We will provide updates via this site and on social media as soon as further details are available from the government, and we have already begun preparations to ensure we are in a position to act promptly.   Business owners should check regularly to keep up to date and in the meantime, further information on the government’s scheme is available to view in these official published factsheets from GOV.UK
