Folkestone Community Works encourages businesses, organisations, charities and voluntary groups, to put forward and deliver projects that boost employment, help local businesses grow and improve opportunities for local residents. Running until 2022 – we aim to improve social and economic community cohesion in Broadmead, East Folkestone, Central Folkestone and Folkestone Harbour wards.

On the below pages you will find out all you need to know about the programme, who can apply for funding, how to apply for funding and a little about what we have achieved so far.

The Folkestone Community Works Programme is part-funded by the European Structural and Investment Funds 2014-20 and is managed by Folkestone & Hythe District Council.
